New Employee Training
Our new employee training program adopts the "Practical Human Resource Development System" certified by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, and is named the "Ignition Program," symbolizing the moment when new employees start their new careers. The training lasts for 6 months.
OFF-JT (external training) from 4 to 7 months will last approximately 4 months.

You will learn
OJT (on-the-job training) from 8 to 9 months will last approximately 2 months, during which you will learn the following content, learn about the company's systems and mechanisms, and what kinds of projects there are, and prepare to enter the actual workplace.
• Internal administrative procedures explanation
• Preparation for and taking the Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination (FE)
• Viewing e-learning courses for engineers (Employees can access videos on the company's contracted SE College platform, including videos curated by the company for new hires, professional development training, and other videos on the site, anytime.)
・STEM Training: Integrated learning of the four fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics to cultivate practical problem-solving abilities.
