Mid-career recruitment
Inexperienced Applicants
I wanted to acquire a specialized skill, "I wanted to acquire skills that would be useful in the future"—that's why I aimed to become an IT engineer.
I was anxious because I had no experience, but since IM's training system was solid, I thought, "I can start here with peace of mind," and decided to join the company.
Currently, I am participating in a system improvement project to make deadline management tasks more convenient.
As a programmer, I am in charge of development and testing. I work in the office 3 days a week and remotely 2 days a week, with almost no overtime. Programmers and system engineers are often perceived as having a lot of overtime...
While working, you can acquire skills such as JavaScript, HTML, and SQL, and every day is a continuous process of growth!
The flextime system is great because I can work at my own pace.
Even without experience, senior colleagues will provide solid support, so you can challenge yourself with confidence.
In the future, I want to live a life where I can dedicate plenty of time to my hobbies.
Therefore, I want to hone my skills now and enrich both my work and private life.
I understand your anxiety about having no prior experience. But with IM, you'll be fine.
Our senior colleagues will provide solid support, and there's training available, so please feel free to join us!

Experienced
In my previous job, I had a difficult experience amidst the chaos of the COVID-19 pandemic. At that time, it was IM that listened to my story attentively and dealt with me sincerely.
I felt a strong sense of security in that attitude, and I decided to join the company because I felt I could work here with peace of mind.
I aspired to become an engineer because I had many opportunities to be exposed to technology from a young age, influenced by my parents who are also engineers, and naturally developed an interest in it.
Currently, I am involved in the development of a large-scale system used by air traffic controllers.
At IM, we are currently running projects with a team of approximately 5 people, including partner companies, and a total of 15 people including our clients.
The work style is mainly telework, except for one day of office work per week. Overtime is somewhat frequent, but I am able to take the holidays I want. The work of deciphering specifications from vast design documents is challenging, but I am able to absorb new knowledge and feel myself growing as an engineer every day.
Please feel free to contact us first.

I think the environment where you can easily exchange opinions and consult with executives is unique to a company of this size.
There are many opportunities for skill development, making it a workplace where I want to continue working for a long time.
Among the colleagues I've worked with so far, there were some who kept their questions to themselves.
That's why I want to be a reliable senior colleague that my juniors can easily ask questions to.
I want to contribute to creating an environment where the entire team can confidently take on challenges.
Here, you'll find colleagues who treat you with sincerity and a safe environment where you can grow with confidence.
Let's aim together to become engineers who are not only technically skilled but also trusted as individuals.

Beginner
I've always liked "manufacturing," but I felt that an artistic style of specializing in a particular technology and competing with it wasn't right for me.
I was originally interested in the IT industry and had the desire to work as a "system engineer" in the future. During my job search, most of the interviews were conducted remotely due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. With limited opportunities to directly experience the company atmosphere, the friendly atmosphere conveyed during the interview was the deciding factor, making me feel "I could work here with peace of mind."
Among the many companies, I felt that IM had an atmosphere that would treat even beginners with care. From the job description, I felt that "this is a company that values each individual," and I decided to apply.
Currently, I am in charge of adding new functions to the client's internal website.
I work independently, handling everything from schedule management to development and testing, and I've developed the ability to think through and manage the entire process of bringing a function to life.
Within the company, the attitude of "valuing communication" is deeply rooted, and there is an atmosphere where everyone can easily talk to each other.
I also think it's wonderful that they are making efforts to spread that culture across departments and positions.
Even if there are areas that need improvement, this is a company that will address them properly.
I have absolutely no programming knowledge; is that okay?
In the short term, the goal is to prepare the necessary environment and skills for that purpose.
In the long term, ideally, I would like to move away from a full-time work style and work in a way that allows me to utilize my knowledge and take on work only when needed and in the necessary amount.
When choosing a company, it's important to carefully consider "how you want to work" and "whether there is an environment that supports that."
Please consider not only the financial terms but also whether there is support that leads to growth and security.
We are rooting for you.

Instantly extracts relevant knowledge in response to user questions.
Currently, I am stationed at a client's site and am responsible for the maintenance and modification of internal tools. In new function development, I am broadly involved from requirements definition to operation, and in maintenance work, I interact directly with end-users to determine specifications and perform development and testing.
Work is basically remote, with occasional office visits depending on the situation, allowing for flexible working arrangements. Overtime is minimal, and compensatory leave can be taken during busy periods.
Through this job, I acquired skills in program comprehension, knowledge of web-based languages, and customer service abilities.
We value interaction among employees and regularly hold small gatherings such as departmental meetings. Because the number of employees is not large, there are opportunities to easily talk with managers, resulting in a friendly and open company culture.
Because there are few young employees, we value the voices of newly hired employees, and we have an environment where it is easy to express dissatisfaction and suggestions for improvement through surveys and other means.
We will also take the necessary measures for that purpose.
My goal is to build relationships with the company and users and be entrusted with important projects.
In the future, I aim to become a "cool engineer" with strong negotiation skills who can secure my own projects!
Technical skills can be acquired later, so you don't have to worry even if you have no experience. I myself hardly touched programming during my student days, but now I can perform my duties properly.
If you have any questions, reliable senior colleagues will provide solid support, so please feel free to ask them anything.
We look forward to working with you!
